Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Brush subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge. This guarantee applies once per customer account and covers only the first billing cycle of a new subscription.

To request a refund, email billing@troth.shop from the address associated with your account within 7 days of the charge. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.

After the 7-Day Window

After 7 days from the initial charge, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time — your access continues until the end of the paid billing period and you will not be charged again.

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund of unused months at our discretion in cases of significant service outage (greater than 24 consecutive hours in a 30-day period). Contact billing@troth.shop to discuss.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Credit top-ups and one-time credit purchases.
  • API usage charges (pay-as-you-go compute credits consumed).
  • Subscriptions cancelled more than 7 days after the initial charge.
  • Accounts terminated for violations of the Terms of Service.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory rights under applicable law, including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or EU Consumer Rights Directive for consumers purchasing in the European Union.
